Effective 00:01 hours Sunday, August 01 until 23:59 hours Tuesday, August 31,
2010 the daily limit for sockeye salmon has been increased to 2/day from 0/day
in the following waters:

- The waters of the Babine River.

Effective 00:01 hours Sunday, August 01 until 23:59 hours Wednesday, September
15, 2010 the daily limit for sockeye salmon has been increased to 2/day from
0/day in the following waters:

- The waters of Babine and Nilkitkwa Lakes.

Anglers are reminded that there is no fishing allowed for sockeye in those
waters within a 400 metre radius of the following tributary streams to Babine
Lake:

1. Morrison Creek
2. Pierre Creek
3. Hazelwood Creek
4. Four Mile Creek
5. Six Mile Creek
6. Pendleton Creek
7. Twain Creek
8. Sockeye Creek
9. Tachek Creek
10. Five Mile Creek
11. Tsezakwa Creek
12. Big Loon Creek

Effective 00:01 hours Saturday, August 01 until 23:59 hours Friday, August 14
the daily limit for sockeye salmon has been increased to 2/day from 0/day in
the following waters:

- The waters of Pinkut Creek downstream of boundary signs located approximately
25 metres below the fish counting fence.
- The waters of the Fulton River.

Anglers are reminded that there is a no angling closure in place in the waters
of Babine Lake within a 400m radius of both the Fulton River and Pinkut Creek
from August 15 to September 15.
